At Deimos Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your creative purchase. If your new artwork doesn't perfectly suit your space, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Artwork
Carefully repackage the item in its original protective sleeves and heavy-duty shipping tube or box to ensure it arrives back to us in gallery condition.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our curators inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5 to 7 business days.
